Finally a bit of a dry spell meant we could go for a nice autumn walk in the woods, just in time for all the new fungi.

We've been walking in the woods before in recent times, but I guess the fungi cambrian explosion happened after all of this wet weather.

These "spotting"-walks are really nice with kids, because it's a game of finding mushrooms and fostering awareness.
