Trout fillet, salmon steak, and tuna burger are on everyone's lips. If Brussels has its way, industry and retailers will have to market these products differently in many countries. Because terms like fillet, steak, and burger are to become taboo for fish as well.
The fishing industry is naturally not a proponent of plant-based alternatives and is favorably disposed toward the ban on vegetable burgers. However, tensions are now running high within its ranks.
